The Greeneville Hiking & Cycling Club of Greeneville, Tennessee was founded in 1984 to hold hikes in Greene County, the Cherokee National Forest, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the surrounding area. Day hikes are scheduled year round every weekend. The club roll currently exceeds 125 members and our activities have been expanded to include cycling and canoeing. We have a very active group of bike riders that hold road rides nearly every weekday when the weather is favorable. Occasional weekend or longer bicycle, backpacking and car camping trips are held. The club is very involved with trail maintenance and community service. EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO JOIN IN ANY OF OUR ACTIVITIES.
